الاستخبارات والأمن تلقي القبض على مطلوب وفق المادة 4 إرهاب في ديالى
بغداد/نينا/ أعلنت المديرية العامة للاستخبارات والأمن، اليوم الثلاثاء ، إلقاء القبض على متهم مطلوب وفق أحكام المادة (4) من قانون مكافحة الإرهاب في قضاء مندلي بمحافظة ديالى.

وذكرت المديرية في ، إن "مفارزها الميدانية، وبالتنسيق مع قسم شرطة مندلي، تمكنت من إلقاء القبض على المتهم خلال عملية أمنية استندت إلى المتابعة المستمرة للأهداف المطلوبة وفق المادة المذكورة ، و جرى تسليم المتهم إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية بحقه"./ انتهى11
