Baghdad / NINA /- The Karkh Third Investigation Court has issued an arrest warrant for the Chairman of the Maysan Provincial Council, Mustafa al-Muhammadawi.
Prime Minister, Ali Falih al-Zaidi had previously ordered an investigation into the Chairman of the Maysan Provincial Council, Mustafa Du'air Abd al-Hasan, following statements he made yesterday, Sunday. These statements included a threat to declare a state of civil disobedience if demands to open al-Shib border crossing were not met, in addition to the use of inappropriate language. / End
