Al-Mandlawi And Zebari Discuss Coordinating Efforts To Address Outstanding Issues Between The Government And The Kurdistan Region
Baghdad (NINA) – Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs Mohsen Al-Mandalawi discussed with a delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) the coordination of efforts to resolve outstanding issues between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region.
The media office of the Deputy Prime Minister said in a statement that “Al-Mandalawi met on Wednesday with a KDP delegation headed by Hoshyar Zebari, a member of the party’s Political Bureau and head of its Leadership Center in Baghdad, to discuss the latest developments in the country and outstanding issues between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region.”
During the meeting, both sides stressed the importance of coordinating efforts among the various political parties to overcome current challenges and find the necessary solutions to all outstanding issues between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region, in accordance with established constitutional frameworks, in a manner that strengthens political stability and serves the national interest./ End
